It has come to our attention that several members of our community have recently received fraudulent emails posing as official communication related to the upcoming conference in Barcelona this September. These emails are attempts to deceive our members into providing personal information.
In addition, there are several websites purporting to represent Euretina and offering registration for the Congress. These are likely to be fraudulent.
Scammers are also using fake social media accounts to target users.

We have had reports of members receiving unsolicited e-mails from Global Travel Experts, from e-mail addresses including;

An example e-mail is below:
Dear Member,
For your upcoming conference visit to Barcelona in September.
Kindly provide your arrival and departure dates for us to finalize your reservation.
Once confirmed, we will email you an invoice and an itinerary including detailed information about your booking.
Your booking is fully flexible for alterations, modifications, or complete cancellations up to 14 days before your scheduled check-in date.
