The 24th Euretina Congress will be held in the CCIB Barcelona, Spain 19 – 22 September 2024. This will be preceded by the Euretina Innovation Spotlight (EIS), taking place on 18 September 2024 in the CCIB Barcelona.

Presenter Upload Information
All those who have podium presentations, audio-narrated free papers or ePosters at the upcoming Congress will be issued their upload mails by Friday, 23rd August 2024.
All those uploading Audio Narrated Free Papers & ePosters must upload before the deadline of Monday, 16th September (23:59 CEST). All those with podium presentations should upload their files at least 3 hours before their assigned presentation time.

Accreditation
This Congress has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) for a maximum of 22 European CME credits (ECMEC®s).

Digital Congress Platform & On Demand Info
When does the digital congress platform close?
The EURETINA 2024 digital Congress platform will close on 31 December 2024 (23:59 CET).
How can I attend the 24th EURETINA Congress virtually?
Access to the live recordings is available in your registration account. Please log in with the same email address and password as used for registration. In case you do not remember your password, a new one can be requested by clicking on “forgot password?”
Please note that the content will only become available once the registration is fully paid.
Where do I log in to the Virtual Congress?
The virtual meeting platform is available here.
Where can I find an ePoster?
Free papers, posters and videos are all available to view via the ‘E-Posters’ tab. There is an ‘E-Posters’ button on the top menu bar.
Where do I find the on-demand sessions?
The Playback Sessions can be accessed during and after the Virtual Congress by using the ‘Playback Sessions’ button on the top menu bar, which is always visible. Please note that the Playback Sessions will be available latest 24h after the session ends, and will be available until 31st of December 2024.
Until when is the on-demand content available?
The EURETINA 2024 on-demand content will be available until 31 December 2024 (23:59 CET)
Can I access the content after 31st December 2024?
Yes, once you are an EURETINA Member, you will have free access to all previous Congress content through EURETINA On Demand
Where can I complete the conference evaluation?
Your opinion matters to us! We would be very pleased if you would take a few moments to give us your feedback using the evaluation feature. The congress evaluation is located within “My Congress”, please select “Evaluation and Certificates” (available as of Sunday, 22 September 2024).
When and where will the next EURETINA in 2025 take place?
EURETINA2025 will take place 04-07 September 2025 in Paris, France.

How many CME credits will I get with this Congress?
You can collect a maximum of 22 CME credits for EURETINA 2024.
Will I receive CME credits when attending virtually?
Yes, you will receive a maximum of 22 CME credits for digital participation.
If I registered to attend virtually but cannot login until after the live Congress, will I still get CME Credits?
Yes, CME credits will be awarded to all delegates who attend the Congress virtually between 23 September and 31st December 2024
When will I receive a certificate of attendance?
You will be able to download your certificate as of Sunday, 22 September 2024, 12.00h CEST in the “My Congress” area of your congress account. Please click on “Certificates” to access. To receive the certificate you will need to complete a short survey.
I am a speaker of an abstract presentation or author of a poster and require a certifcate for this. How can I get this?
You can download your Presentation Certificate (confirming your Free paper, Speaker’s Corner, audio narrated, Late Breaking Oral presentation or ePoster presentation).
Log in to you account, select ‘My Area’. When you then click on ‘Evaluation/Certificates’ you can download the respective certificates.
